This site collects as little as possible. Here is exactly what, why, and for how long.

The contact form
The form at the bottom of the front page sends your name, email address, organization, number of participants, topic, location and message to me as an email. Nothing is stored in the website itself — it exists only in that email.
The legal basis is that you contacted me to ask for a quote, so it is a request made before entering into a contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)). If no course comes of it, I delete the enquiry once the conversation is over. If a course does come of it, whatever relates to the agreement and the invoice is kept as long as Norwegian accounting law requires.
My email is hosted by Google (Gmail), so Google is a data processor for messages sent through the form.
The arithmetic you solve to submit the form is a simple spam filter. It stores nothing about you and sends nothing on.
Cookies
The site uses one cookie: pll_language, which remembers whether you read Norwegian or English. It is technically necessary for the language choice to work, which is why you meet no consent banner here.
If you are logged in as an administrator, WordPress also sets a few cookies for login and editing. Those do not apply to visitors.
What the site does not do
No analytics. No tracking pixels. No advertising. No social sharing buttons that report where you have been. No fonts, videos or scripts loaded from other sites — everything the page needs lives on the page itself. Comments are closed.
Server logs
The site is hosted by Konsulenten, which keeps ordinary server logs with IP address, timestamp and browser type. That is necessary for operation and security, and the legal basis is legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f)). The logs are not used to follow individual visitors, and they are deleted automatically after a short period.
Sharing
I do not sell personal data and do not share it for marketing. The only parties processing anything on my behalf are Konsulenten, which hosts the site, and Google, which provides my email.
Your rights
You have the right to see what I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to the processing, and to receive the data in a portable form. Email leirpoll@gmail.com and you will hear back within a month.
If you believe I am handling your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
